Attached is the photo of the horse being delivered to Di Felton. unfortunately I did not get her husbands (?) name.
they were absolutely delighted with the horse and were very grateful. they had bought tickets for many years but never won anything. they admired the looks and the great way it was finished, of course it was an exciting item to receive just before Xmas and it will be under the Xmas tree. they thanked the Club for having taken on this restoration project and our commitment for the good cause.
they are interested in the history of the horse so I will send them a copy of the "story".
so, overall a great outcome for the horse, the club, the donor, the winner and the "expert" from Newcastle.

A report from Lindsay that we have made $2700 from ticket sales, thanks to Lindsay for being able to sort the ticket sales from Gallery sales and from Bunnings sales
